Contract Information
Last updated 18 October 2026
This page tells you the main things you need to know before you subscribe to MyCirCall. Please read it with our Terms of Service and the Contract Summary for your plan, which we show you before you pay. You can have this information free of charge in another format, such as large print or plain text. Just ask.

As a provider of a communications service, we follow Ofcom's General Conditions. That does not mean Ofcom has approved or endorsed MyCirCall.
2. Your Contract Summary
Before you pay, we show you a one-page Contract Summary for the plan you have chosen. You can save or download it. It always contains:
- the provider: Eridan One Ltd;
- the plan you have chosen;
- what is included: your own UK MyCirCall Number, your own mobile plus up to 2 CirCall Members on Basic, 4 on Essential or 5 on Peace of Mind, your connected call minutes, your Smart SMS Alerts (if your plan has them), and the plan's other features;
- the price, and whether it is monthly or yearly;
- that a monthly plan is a rolling subscription with no minimum period, renewing automatically until you cancel, and its price; or that a yearly plan is a 12-month contract that carries on monthly unless you choose another year, and both prices;
- how to cancel, and your 14-day cancellation right;
- that the service starts as soon as you subscribe;
- that MyCirCall makes no outgoing calls and cannot be used to call 999 or 112; and
- how to complain, and the free independent scheme you can go to.
We keep a copy of the exact Contract Summary you were shown, and we email you the contract details after you subscribe.
3. What MyCirCall is
MyCirCall gives you a dedicated UK mobile number, your MyCirCall Number, to give to the people and organisations who may need to reach you about something important. When it is called, we ring your own mobile and the trusted people in your CirCall at the same time. The first person to answer and press 5 is connected to the caller.
- The people being rung see your MyCirCall Number as the caller, not the number of whoever is calling it, so they know it's an important call coming through you.
- MyCirCall makes no outgoing calls. You cannot use it to call anyone, including 999 or 112.
- It is not an emergency service. In an emergency, always call 999 or 112.
- We cannot guarantee anyone answers. Whether a call is answered depends on people, phones and mobile networks we don't control. We do promise to provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
- No guaranteed service level. We work hard to keep MyCirCall running, but we do not offer a guaranteed level of availability.
4. Plans and prices
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Connected call minutes a month | Free minutes after your included minutes | Each extra minute after that | Smart SMS Alerts a month | Also includes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | £4.99 | £49.90 | 20 | 5 | 15p | None | Your own MyCirCall Number, one CirCall of up to 2 people, My Trusted Directory, dashboard, invite and setup texts |
| Essential | £8.99 | £89.90 | 40 | 10 | 10p | 100 | Everything in Basic, and room for 4 people in your CirCall |
| Peace of Mind | £12.99 | £129.90 | 75 | 19 | Never charged | 250 | Everything in Essential, room for 5 people in your CirCall, a Backup CirCall of up to 3 more people (their phones ring too if nobody has taken a call after 30 seconds), voicemail (if nobody takes a call, the caller can leave a message of up to 2 minutes, emailed to you; we keep no copy), and priority support. |
- The price shown is the total price. There are no set-up fees. The only other charge is for extra minutes on Basic and Essential, explained below.
- Going over your minutes never stops your calls. We email you at 75% of your included minutes. If you use them all, calls carry on: the next 25% are free. After that, on Basic and Essential each extra minute costs the price in the table. Extra minutes are added up and charged at the end of a month once they reach £5, or every 3 months if that comes first, so you're never charged small amounts; a balance under £1 carries over. If your subscription ends, a balance of £1 or more is charged that day and anything less is written off. Your account shows the running total. Peace of Mind is never charged for extra minutes. Minutes are your talk time in a calendar month, added up and rounded up to the next whole minute; ringing is free.
- Going over your Smart SMS Alerts never costs extra. We email you once in the month when you have used your included alerts.
- Payment is by card, taken by Square when you subscribe and then on each renewal date (on a yearly plan: another year only if you choose it, otherwise monthly).
- Yearly plans cost the same as ten months of the monthly price. A yearly price is never raised during a year you have paid for.
- Launch offer. When MyCirCall launches, there is an introductory offer on yearly plans, with its own terms.
5. How long the contract lasts, and renewal
- Your subscription is monthly or yearly, as you choose.
- Monthly: it renews automatically at the end of each month, at the price shown in your account, until you cancel. There is no minimum period.
- Yearly: a 12-month contract, paid at the start. About a month before your year ends we email you to ask whether you'd like another year at the yearly price; we never start another year without your yes. If you don't choose one, it carries on monthly at the monthly price from the day your year ends, and you can cancel it any time. After that, we email you our best prices for you once a year.
- Leaving a yearly plan early, after the 14 days: give one month's notice from your account. The service carries on until the notice ends. We refund the days of your year after the notice, worked out by the day at the price you paid, plus the same days of any upgrade you paid for this year, within 14 days.
- Your account always shows your next billing date.
- If we change the price of your plan, or these terms in a way that isn't purely to your benefit, we will tell you by email at least one month before, and you can leave within a month of our telling you with no notice and no charge for leaving (Terms of Service, section 15).
6. When the service starts
When you subscribe, you ask us to start straight away by ticking a separate box. We allocate your MyCirCall Number immediately, and it can receive calls at once.
7. Ending your contract
You can do any of these from your account, by email, or by post:
- Cancel your subscription. It stops renewing, you are not charged again, and the service keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. On that date your MyCirCall Number is released, and your account, CirCall and Trusted Directory are kept. You can change your mind before then. On a yearly plan, cancelling means it won't carry on after your year; to leave sooner with a refund, see "Leaving a yearly plan early" in section 5.
- Cancel within 14 days. See section 8.
- Delete your account. Immediate. Any subscription ends at once and your number is released. Outside the 14-day cancellation period there is no refund for the time left in a month; part-way through a paid year, we refund the days of your year from that day, worked out by the day. We delete or anonymise your information, except what we must keep for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security or accounting reasons, such as billing records for six years.
Your MyCirCall Number is allocated to you while you use the service. When your subscription ends it is released from your account and set aside: we don't give it to anyone else. You can move it to another communications provider free of charge, while your subscription runs and for at least a month after it ends.
If a payment fails, calls carry on for 3 days, then stop until it is paid. After 33 days unpaid, your subscription ends and your number is released. We send reminders with the actual dates throughout, and a "Give me a few days" option. The Terms of Service (section 13) explain this in full.
8. Your right to cancel within 14 days
Your right to cancel. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made, which is the day you subscribe.
How to cancel. To cancel, you must tell us clearly that you have decided to cancel. You can:
- use "Cancel within 14 days" on the billing page in your account;
- email hello@mycircall.com; or
- write to Eridan One Ltd, 89 The Everglades, Hempstead, Gillingham, ME7 3PZ.
You may use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send us your message before the 14 days are up.
What happens when you cancel. We refund the payments we have received from you. Because you asked us to start the service during the cancellation period, we keep an amount in proportion to the service you had until you told us you were cancelling. We work it out by days: the amount you paid (the launch-offer price, if that's what you paid), multiplied by the number of whole days the service was provided (each a full 24 hours; a part day isn't counted), divided by the number of days in the period you paid for, rounded down to the penny.
We refund you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us. We use the same payment method you used, and you will not be charged any fee for the refund.
Your subscription ends straight away and your MyCirCall Number is released. Your account is kept unless you also delete it.
