How MyCirCall works

Set it up in under an hour, prove it works, then forget about it until the moment it matters most.

1

Create your account

It's free, and there's no card to enter. You only pay once you've seen it work.

Free to set up No card, no trial clock. Your own number arrives when you subscribe.
2

Build your CirCall

Add the people you trust: 2, 4 or 5 of them, depending on your plan. Ring each one, tell them what MyCirCall is, and add them while you're talking. We text them a link, and you read out a 4-digit PIN. They open the link, enter the PIN and confirm their mobile. Two minutes each.

Why a PIN? The text proves we've reached the right phone; the PIN proves they've spoken to you. Nobody gets added by a mistyped number.

A landline? Add it the same way. Instead of a text, we ring it: they hear what they're agreeing to and type the PIN on the keypad.

Test it with your own people

Press Ring my CirCall. Everyone who's accepted is rung at once for about 30 seconds. The first to answer and press 5 hears a short message explaining it's a test; everyone else gets a text saying who answered.

Even a missed call proves it works: if their phone rang, MyCirCall did its job.

Tested and working You've seen your CirCall answer 3 phones rang at once and Tom picked up, exactly as on a real call.

Subscribe and get your number

Choose a plan, monthly or yearly, and your own UK mobile number is yours straight away. Everyone in your CirCall gets a text with a one-tap link to save it, so their phone shows a name they know when it rings.

Give out your number

Use it wherever reaching someone really matters: the school or nursery, the GP surgery and hospital, the care home or carers, the childminder, a neighbour who keeps an eye out.

When it rings

Your phone and every phone in your CirCall ring together. The first to answer and press 5 takes the call, and everyone else's phone stops. Pressing 5 is how we know a person picked up, not a voicemail.

If nobody answers, we email you, on every plan, and your call history shows what happened. On Essential and Peace of Mind, everyone also gets a text saying who answered, or that a call was missed.

On Peace of Mind, if nobody has taken the call after 30 seconds, your Backup CirCall rings too. And if still nobody can, the caller can leave a voicemail, which we email to you.

On your phone in seconds

Add MyCirCall to your home screen and it opens straight to your CirCall: who's ready, who's away, and what happened on every call.

Ready when you need it

You can test your CirCall once a month, and we'll email you when it's due, so you know it's ready. If someone's number stops working, we'll tell you, and a new number simply accepts again.

Your people can say when they're away

Anyone in your CirCall can open a free member account and say they can't take calls for an hour, a day or until a date. You'll see who's away, and everyone else still rings.

Leaving is easy too

People in your CirCall can leave whenever they like: from their own link, by replying LEAVE to a text, by ringing us, or by asking you. You're told by email.
