Connected minutes are time spent talking once someone answers; ringing doesn't count. Prices include everything: Eridan One Ltd isn't registered for VAT, so none is added.
Going over your minutes
Calls never stop because of minutes, on any plan.
We email you when you've used 75% of your month's minutes. The next 25% are free: 5 minutes on Basic, 10 on Essential, 19 on Peace of Mind. After that, extra minutes are 15p on Basic and 10p on Essential, and Peace of Mind is never charged extra. Extra minutes are added up and charged at the end of a month once they reach £5, or every 3 months if that comes first, so you're never charged small amounts; under £1 is never charged. The app always shows the running total.
Questions about paying
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Build your CirCall and press Ring my CirCall: every phone rings for real. You only subscribe once you've seen it work, and there's no card to enter until then.
Can I change plan?
Any time. Moving up takes effect straight away. On a monthly plan the new price starts at your next billing date; on a yearly plan you pay the difference for the rest of your year, worked out by the day and shown before you confirm. Moving down happens at your next billing date, so you keep what you've paid for. Switching between monthly and yearly also happens at your next renewal.
A plan with room for fewer people than your CirCall has can't be chosen until you've chosen who to remove: we never remove anyone for you.
How do I stop?
Cancel any time from your Billing page. A monthly plan stops renewing and keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for. A yearly plan keeps working until the end of your year, or, to leave sooner, give a month's notice and we'll refund the rest of the year after it, worked out by the day. Your account and CirCall are kept, in case you come back.
Changed your mind in the first 14 days? Cancel within 14 days and we'll refund what you've paid, less a charge for the days you've had the service. You can also delete your account completely.
What if a payment fails?
We'll tell you straight away, with a link to pay. Calls keep working for 3 days while you sort it out, and we'll keep reminding you, kindly. If you can't pay just now, "Give me a few days" pauses the reminders.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
Not on a monthly plan: it's a rolling subscription you can cancel whenever you like. A yearly plan is paid for 12 months at the start. Before it ends we'll ask whether you'd like another year; we never start one without your yes, and if you don't choose one it carries on monthly. You can leave a yearly plan early with a month's notice and a refund for the rest of the year.
